I have had the honor of holding several Feast of Trumpets services, also known as Rosh Hashanah, at The Coming King Foundation. I feel a special stirring of the Holy Spirit as I prepare for this particular Feast of Trumpets service on Sept 15, 2023.  We are in a unique time in history. Many troubling things are happening in the spirit and our world.  More importantly, wonderful things are taking place. God is speaking and moving! His move trumps anything of the enemy! Get ready for what He is about to do! In this season God is revealing His glory! Signs and wonders are even being declared in the heavens, and on earth. The coming Solar Eclipses will both pass right over The Empty Cross and the Coming King Sculpture. It will highlight our Savior’s sacrifice and resurrection and that He is truly coming again!

We are entering into a very important season of the Lord’s feasts. The feasts are a time of consecration, set apartness, a holy assembling together. They are a rehearsal for the real thing-the Marriage Supper of the Lamb-feasting at His table for eternity. They are APPOINTED TIMES-INVITATIONS FROM THE LORD MOST HIGH TO MEET WITH HIM. They are appointments with God, Set by God. It WAS and IS God’s desire to meet with His people. They were HIS Feasts. He is the host and you and I are His guests, invited to feast with Him….to “Taste and See that Lord is Good!”

The Feast of Trumpets in particular, is very interesting and fascinating. It is Israel’s head of the year or new year. It is one of the high holy days in the Jewish calendar. It begins the “10 days of Awe” leading up to Yom Kippor, the Day of Atonement. It is a “Day of Blowing.” In the Bible trumpets were used as an acclamation of joy or battle-cry, raise a war-cry; loud ringing of trumpets; an alarm, high joyful sound; tumult. Trumpets were used for various callings in Israel such as: to call the assembly; to move out; a call to worship. The trumpets were to keep God’s times and seasons in the people’s heart. One thing the sounding of trumpets did in Israel was wake the people up, get them in motion on a higher level. It put them on alert and got them into position to assemble and hear their instructions. The sound of the trumpet clears the atmosphere. It scatters the enemy. It calls heaven to earth vand brings supernatural heavenly order. Trumpets symbolize God speaking to us NOW in the Spirit about earthly and spiritual matters.

Let us have ears to hear the summons of the Spirit to awaken to what He is speaking and doing, aligning ourselves with it. I sense that THIS Feast of Trumpets announces and releases a fresh, powerful move of the Holy Spirit in our lives and on earth. It marks Israel’s New Year 5784. The prophetic meaning of 5784 in Hebrew is “Open Doors!”  We will delve into that and other revelations from the Holy Spirit concerning this very pregnant, expectant, significant holy moment we are in at our service.

Jesus is speaking and revealing things to come to us. JESUS IS THE DOOR!!! Rev. 4:1 After these things I looked, and behold, A DOOR standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a TRUMPET SPEAKING with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.” No man knows the day nor the hour that Jesus Christ will come. I certainly don’t know, and that’s for sure. Many scholars believe He will come on “A” Feast of Trumpets. Makes sense to me because He is the voice of the trumpet!

Wouldn’t it be awesome if Jesus, THE Trump of God, came while we were worshiping on the mountain at TCKF? Woah, talking about mind-blowing! Just sayin! If He doesn’t, I will keep on worshipping and preaching the Gospel until He comes, or as long as I have breath!

1 Thess 4:16-17 For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice for the Archangel, and with the TRUMP OF GOD: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

1 Cor. 15:52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last Trumpet. For the Trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
